Give high-quality meat the treatment it deserves by Slow Roasting: This professional method cooks meat gently at low temperatures, so it retains a great deal of its natural flavor and nutrients. Your meat dishes will be tender, flavorsome, and succulent, and you will be able to carve the meat as soon as the cooking process is over. There is no need to rest the meat after cooking, as the meat juices will be evenly distributed.

Freedom of choice, just the way you like it: Our Gourmet warming drawer allows you to choose what suits you best from 4 functions. Preheat your cups really easily for that perfect coffee. Or enjoy preheated plates in the evening. If you are not going to eat cooked dishes straightaway, it is oh so simple to keep them warm. And the Slow Roasting function is ideal for when you want to cook tender, succulent meat.

You've got your hands full? No problem – just push on the drawer gently and it will open straightaway, thanks to the practical Push2open mechanism. A spring-loaded front ensures that the drawer springs open wide , so you can load and operate it really easily. What's more, the deliberate lack of a handle means the drawer perfectly matches the design of our built-in appliances.

No need to worry: The 4-hour timer means you can concentrate on other things while cooking your food, since the Miele Gourmet Drawer will switch off automatically when the programmed time has elapsed. So you can enjoy more freedom when cooking and can focus your efforts elsewhere.

Simple controls: The Miele Gourmet Warming Drawer is so easy and intuitive to use, thanks to a SensorTouch panel underneath the glass. You can access all functions directly – for optimum user convenience. The touch panel is also easy to clean, making it a cinch to look after.

With our innovative Miele@home system, you can take full advantage of your Miele appliances and make your everyday life even smarter. All intelligent Miele domestic appliances can be networked conveniently and securely. Operation is simple – whether you use the Miele app, voice control, or integration into existing smart-home solutions. The appliances are networked via a home WiFi router and the Miele Cloud.
