Wolf takes that control up a notch with the six innovative burners on its 36” sealed burner rangetop.

Wolf® 36" Pro Natural Gas Style Natural Gas Rangetop

There is a reason why so many professional chefs choose gas cooking: control. Wolf takes that control up a notch with the six innovative burners on its 36” sealed burner rangetop. Each dual stacked, sealed burner has both an upper and a lower tier of flames. The upper flame ports deliver maximum heat up to 20,000 Btu for restaurant-quality sears and faster boils, while the lower ports turn down to just a breath of flame for delicate simmers and melts. You’ve never cooked on anything so responsive, so powerful.

The Wolf SRT366 has several other features any cook might appreciate. The porcelain-coated, cast iron top grates are continuous, so you can move pans around without lifting them off the surface. Signature red control knobs allow infinite control of the burners. Heavy-duty stainless steel exterior cleans easily, and beautifully complements other Wolf and Sub-Zero appliances. It’s precision gas cooking that fits easily into almost any kitchen design.

Look closely at the gas burners on a Wolf dual fuel range or gas range, rangetop or cooktop. They're called dual-stacked, sealed burners. See the two tiers of flame ports on each burner, one above the other? One delivers higher heat; the other comes on for lower heat settings. Turn it way up for high-Btu searing heat. Continue to twist the knob for the merest breath of flame for simmering without boiling and melting without scorching.

And the continuum of control you have in between– it's like nothing you've ever cooked with before.

The "sealed" part of our dual-stacked, sealed burner design refers to the burners' setting within a sealed drip pan. Flip vegetables, stir sauces and toss in the seasoning with confidence that any spills and sloshes stay right there for fast, easy cleanups.

The most versatile cooktop configuration, with burners enough to handle any culinary challenge.

Cast-Iron Burner Grates with Easy-Slide Finish

Continuous cast-iron grates with a matte black, porcelain finish let you slide pots easily on and off heat, or from one burner to another.

Rigorously Tested to Ensure Dependability

Built with superior-quality materials, Wolf products are designed to last a minimum of 20 years under far heavier use than any home cook will ever subject them to. To ensure reliability, engineers stress-test designs under laboratory conditions that simulate years of use. Major components are tested and subjected to extreme stresses prior to going into the final design of the unit, and every major function of every completed product is tested before shipping.

Instantly identify your rangetop as a Wolf, and provide infinite control for more precise cooking.

Our Most Powerful and Precise Burners Ever

Wolf’s patented dual-stacked burner design means each spot on your rangetop is really two burners in one. The upper tier of the burner now produces up to 20,000 Btu for 30% faster boils, and the power to maintain performance even when you’re searing several steaks at once. Meanwhile, the lower tier allows you to dial down to just a breath of flame for gentle simmering and melting. And with a sealed, seamless burner pan, drips and spills stay on the surface for easy clean-up.

Heavy-gauge stainless steel with a classic brushed finish stands up for decades, and matches other Sub-Zero and Wolf products, allowing for seamless integration into your kitchen design.

Each burner has a sensor that detects if the flame has gone out while you're cooking and automatically re-ignites it for improved temperature control and added safety.

Whether you're shopping for appliances or have questions about those you already own, the Sub-Zero, Wolf, and Cove Customer Care team has a reputation for service that's as exceptional as its products. They're based in Madison, Wisconsin, just footsteps from the factory, and are standing by to provide expert, friendly, problem-solving support.
