XO 40" Black Countertop Liquid Propane and Wood Pizza Oven

Since 1975 XO's Italian factory has been perfecting the art of the wood-fired oven. 100% made in Italy using the finest quality materials.

XO’s exclusive Patented Air Plus system heats up faster with less wood, thanks to the introduction of combustion air from the bottom of the oven. It also keeps the embers alive and helps redistribute the flame along the roof of the cooking chamber for even baking.

The insulated oven floor uses interchangeable firebricks that retain and transmit heat. This coupled with the stainless steel dome allows the oven to reach and maintain temperatures with maximum efficiency.

Disperses smoke and assists in control of the oven’s internal temperature.

Measures the air temperature of the cooking chamber.

The wood-fired oven is capable of cooking just about anything. It is amazing how perfectly it cooks not only stone-baked pizzas and breads, but also sizzling meat, tender seafood, slow-cooked, smokey casseroles, and even beautifully moist cakes and desserts.

All XO Pizza Ovens are designed and manufactured in Italy to combine the best in modern technology and old world craftsmanship. What better way to bring that authentic taste and experience of traditional stone oven cooking to your backyard. Incorporating many of the same features customers love about XO’s wood fired models but with the convenience of gas.
